ABOUT US

Holy Cross Church of England Primary School was founded in 1850 by members of Holy Cross Church in Uckfield. In 2020, we celebrated 170 years since the school was founded. Today, the school continues to have strong links with its Founding Church, and we join Father John for regular worship at Holy Cross Church.

At Holy Cross Church of England Primary School, we want all our pupils to imagine a positive future for themselves, guided by our Christian faith.  We will support our pupils and school community to expand their horizons with service, compassion, courage, hope, love and thankfullness, believing that, “With God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).
